Join us every Thursday for an exciting Bachata & Salsa evening at Lento Dance Studio!

This event will be divided between the Main Room and the Front Room, so we have a tailored dance class for every dance type.

Salsa On 1 - Beginner Level (Main Room)

If you're new to Salsa or just starting to explore the basics of Salsa On 1, this class is for you! We’ll cover the essential steps, rhythm, and basic turns, helping you gain confidence on the dance floor. By the end of the hour, you'll feel more comfortable with the basic movements and be ready to progress to the next level.

Bachata Sensual - Beginner Level (Front Room)

If you’re new to Bachata, this class is a great starting point! We’ll guide you through the basics: the core steps, rhythm, and the smooth body movements that define Bachata Sensual. By the end of the hour, you’ll be comfortable with the fundamentals and ready to feel the music.

Salsa On 1 - Improver Level (Main Room)

If you’re already familiar with the basics of Salsa On 1, this class will help you refine your technique and add more style to your dancing. We’ll work on more complex turns, footwork, and partner connection, focusing on timing, musicality, and making your movements more fluid and controlled.

Bachata Sensual - Social Combo - Improver Level + (Front Room)

This class is perfect for those who have already mastered the basics of bachata and are eager to elevate their dancing skills.

Our social combo class builds on the fundamentals, introducing more dance figures and techniques that can enhance your dance skills and can be practically used in socials.

Salsa On 1 - Intermediate Level (Main Room)

This class is for dancers who have a solid foundation in Salsa On 1 and are ready to challenge themselves with more advanced moves. We’ll focus on partner-work, spins, styling, and body movement, as well as improving your flow, connection with your partner, and overall style. It’s the perfect class to take your Salsa On 1 to the next level!

Bachata Sensual - Social Combo - Improver Level + (Front Room)

In this hour, we dive deeper into musical interpretation, body movement, and individual styling – all while staying connected with your partner. Designed to complement the previous social combo class.

Open to all levels of dancers (beginners, improvers, and advanced dancers).

€11 (€14 for Intermediate levels) per hour

€7 (€9 for Intermediate levels) per hour for students (please bring your student ID)
