Join us every Sunday for an exciting Bachata & Salsa evening at Lento Dance Studio!

This event will be divided between the Main Room and the Front Room, so we have a tailored dance class for every dance type.

Salsa On 1 - Beginner Level (Main Room)

If you're new to Salsa or just starting to explore the basics of Salsa On 1, this class is for you! We’ll cover the essential steps, rhythm, and basic turns, helping you gain confidence on the dance floor. By the end of the hour, you'll feel more comfortable with the basic movements and be ready to progress to the next level.

Bachata Sensual - Beginner Level (Front Room)

If you’re new to Bachata, this class is a great starting point! We’ll guide you through the basics: the core steps, rhythm, and the smooth body movements that define Bachata Sensual. By the end of the hour, you’ll be comfortable with the fundamentals and ready to feel the music.

Salsa On 1 - Improver 1 Level (Main Room)

If you’ve learned the basics and want to move to the next level, Improver 1 is for you. You’ll work on refining your basic steps, learning more turns, and practicing partnerwork. This class focuses on improving your timing, connection, and fluidity in movement so you can dance with more confidence and ease.

Bachata Sensual - Improver 1 Level (Front Room)

For those who already know the basics, Improver 1 helps you take your dancing to the next level. You'll learn more fluid movements, basic turns, and partner connection techniques. We’ll work on improving your body flow and musicality while focusing on making your movements more controlled and graceful.

Salsa On 1 - Improver 2 Level (Main Room)

Improver 2 builds directly on what you’ve learned in Improver 1. In this class, we will introduce more complex moves, including advanced turns, spins, and footwork variations. The focus will be on perfecting your technique, improving your connection with your partner, and learning to move more smoothly and stylistically on the dance floor.

Bachata Sensual Improver 2 Level (Front Room)

Improver 2 is the next step after Improver 1, designed to push your Bachata Sensual skills even further. In this class, we dive into more advanced footwork, spins, and intricate partnerwork. The focus is on refining technique, improving your body connection, and adding more style to your dancing. It’s all about increasing your confidence and flow on the dance floor.
