Join us every Monday for an exciting Bachata & Salsa evening at Lento Dance Studio!

This event will be divided between the Main Room and the Front Room, so we have a tailored dance class for every dance type.

Bachata Sensual - Beginner Level (Main Room)

If you’re new to Bachata, this class is a great starting point! We’ll guide you through the basics: the core steps, rhythm, and the smooth body movements that define Bachata Sensual. By the end of the hour, you’ll be comfortable with the fundamentals and ready to feel the music.

Salsa On 1 - Beginner Level (Front Room)

If you're new to Salsa or just starting to explore the basics of Salsa On 1, this class is for you! We’ll cover the essential steps, rhythm, and basic turns, helping you gain confidence on the dance floor. By the end of the hour, you'll feel more comfortable with the basic movements and be ready to progress to the next level.

Bachata Sensual - Improver 1 Level (Main Room)

For those who already know the basics, Improver 1 helps you take your dancing to the next level. You'll learn more fluid movements, basic turns, and partner connection techniques. We’ll work on improving your body flow and musicality while focusing on making your movements more controlled and graceful.

Salsa On 1 - Intermediate Level (Front Room)

Salsa On 1. You’ll focus on refining your basic steps, improving your rhythm, and learning more new turns and partnerwork. If you've been dancing for a few months and want to polish your technique and flow, this class is perfect for you.

Bachata Sensual Improver 2 Level (Main Room)

Improver 2 is the next step after Improver 1, designed to push your Bachata Sensual skills even further. In this class, we dive into more advanced footwork, spins, and intricate partnerwork. The focus is on refining technique, improving your body connection, and adding more style to your dancing. It’s all about increasing your confidence and flow on the dance floor.

Salsa On 1 - Advanced Level (Front Room)

The Advanced class is for dancers who are ready to push their skills further. This class focuses on footwork, spins, and complex partnerwork, helping you refine your technique and become more expressive on the dance floor. You'll work on synchronization, control, and musicality, all while adding more personal style to your Salsa.

Open to all levels of dancers (beginners, improvers, and advanced dancers).

€11 (€14 for Intermediate levels) per hour

€7 (€9 for Intermediate levels) per hour for students (please bring your student ID)
